Animating Vertex Positions per Character

Using a simple script and the TextMeshPro.textInfo class along with the characterInfo and meshInfo structure contained within it, you can easily manipulate vertices as seen below.

Is the script available that was used to create this? I can't find any documentation on the subject.

This really does annoy me.  Why post the example without the script?  I have been searching around for this all over the place - even in the discussion linked!
